FAQ

How long does delivery take and how soon should I place an order?

Orders are fulfilled and sent out within 36-48 hours of receiving payment.

We offer free standard shipping and express shipping option (for an additional fee) for all our customers. Both options are available at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Up to 7-10 Business Days 

 Please note, these are indicative times and is subject to Australia Post services. 

If you want the item to arrive on time, we highly recommend ordering 15-20 days in advance. 

Order tracking and delivery T&Cs?

You will receive a dispatch email containing your tracking number with 24-36 hours upon receiving your order. 

Please allow up to 24-48 hours before the tracking number is activated and assigned to your order. 

You will then receive email notifications from the carrier updating you on the progress of your order. 

Once the order has been shipped, Elusana can accept no responsibility for loss, delay or damage to your package. All parcels are sent with authority to leave without signature unless additional costs are made to enable this, or at our discretion.

Can I change/update my order?

As we want to ensure a fast dispatch of your order, we are unable to amend or cancel orders once they have been dispatched. If you have any questions, please contact by submitting a form

Measurements Guide

Our Qipaos and Tang Suits are based on asian sizing and then converted in the corresponding standard Australian sizing. For example, typically a size M=6AU, L=8, XL=10 etc.. Each cut may vary. 

We highly recommend you measure using our Measurements Guide to ensure a good fit, as sizing is different for different designs. Please refer to the Size Guide for each dress. 

What is your return policy?

Elusana accepts exchanges of any unworn, unwashed and undamaged products with original tags within 7 days of original purchase date. 

If you need to exchange an order, please contact us directly by submitting a form or via Instagram.  Please refer to our Return Policy for additional information.

What if my size is not available?

No stress, please contact our customer service team and we will help you order it for you. 

Do you have a physical store to try on your garments?

We are currently an online store only, based in Melbourne. If you're unsure about the fit, we highly recommend measuring your measurements against each garment's size guide.

With your support, this could be possible in the future!

Urgent orders - Can I arrange for in person pick up?

Help! I need a last minute outfit asap and delivery is not possible. 

If you're based in Melbourne, please DM us via our online chat/form or Instagram to check with us if you can pick up in person.
