Faulty Returns

All our items are quality checked individually before we ship as we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. But if the products are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, we’re so sorry! We will meet our legal obligations in the country in which the products were purchased. 

 

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about a product you purchased from us online, we will exchange for an equal or greater value of the original purchase price or provide a store credit, subject to the following conditions:

1. Discounted items (i.e. where promo codes have been applied or on sale) are final and cannot be exchanged

2. Purchases exchanges will not include the cost of shipping. Any shipping fees the customer will need to pay;

3. Full price purchases can be exchanged within 7 days by the customer with proof of purchase and a voucher code will be shared with you personally for the price paid minus any shipping costs that we have paid. For example, if the total price for your order is $150AUD, then the voucher amount provided to you will be $120AUD (total amount deducted to over shipping costs can be up to $30AUD at our discretion, depending on the delivery location). 

The voucher is valid 3 months on the date is was issued and must be used in full under one transaction.

4. Items must be in original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached);

5. Exchange items must have no visible signs of wear or use; and

6. You may be asked to provide personal details for exchanges. These details will be used for the purpose of processing the exchange.

Want To exchange Via Post?

- This option is only available for a store credit and not for an item exchange. 

- Contact us by either reply to your order confirmation email or raising a request via the 'Contact' page.

- Once received, we'll process the request and notify you via email with store credit to be used.
